How We Help
We provide a structured approach to implement and scale workforce collaboration efforts by helping partners:

01

Coordinate Cross-Sector Workforce Efforts

We help unify nonprofits, public agencies, and employers into a shared framework—creating real-time referral pathways and shared data systems to improve outcomes and reduce duplication of services through RiseKit’s technology.

02

Deliver Customized Technical Assistance

Our team works alongside stakeholders to assess workforce infrastructure gaps, co-design implementation plans, and provide hands-on support to ensure smooth rollout and adoption.

03

Build Community-Based Organizational Capacity

We train and support workforce programs, mentoring nonprofits, training providers, and community-based organizations to improve their data practices, strengthen employer engagement, and grow their reach.

04

Equip Funders and Agencies with Real-Time Data

We help design reporting dashboards that empower grantmakers and public sector leaders to monitor performance, track outcomes across priority populations, and make data-informed funding decisions.

05

Create Citywide Workforce Intelligence Networks

Ideal Candidate enables cities to build centralized systems that connect thousands of programs and employers—helping residents move from disconnected services to clear pathways toward employment and economic mobility.
